Our Pop Art Portrait of Muhammad Ali uses blends of red and blue, the colors of the opposite corners in the boxing ring, to fill in the background and form the features of 'The Greatest'.
In our Pop Art Group Project of Muhammad Ali, the dark tones are composed in a checkerboard of bold colors with black. The light tones are created in a similar way with bright colors and light grey. The overall effect is a complex balance of colors and tones that reflect his complex personality.
You will find all the instructions in our Pop Art Portrait Lesson Plan.
You can also cut up the template into its 20 squares to use in our Pop Art Group Project. This is a collaborative artwork for up to 20 people where each participant completes an individual section of the image which is then assembled with the others to create a unique work of art.
You will find the instructions for this lesson in our Pop Art Group Project.
These templates are free to copy and print to help you with drawing a Pop Art Portrait.
